Order Cancellation
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, the order may have already entered processing or fulfillment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and location.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return after 14 days of product use and within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products to reduce the risk of damage during transit. An item is considered damaged or defective if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken.
Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (such as dents or minor box damage) that does not affect the product itself is not considered a damaged item.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@wishmond.com and include clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Wishmond is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical disruptions.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping provider. For delivery-related issues, customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly. Wishmond is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
