Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to the delivery address provided at checkout.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times below refer to the shipping transit time after dispatch and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, and other factors.
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–30 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods, holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs inspections, which can increase delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you by email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If no response is received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at contact@wishmond.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs processing, or transportation issues.
In rare cases, delays may also result from product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible with updates regarding your order.
Wishmond cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. However, we remain committed to assisting you and providing timely updates whenever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. Wishmond is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@wishmond.com, and we will assist you in contacting the courier and following up on the issue.
Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. In certain cases, and at our discretion, a replacement may be offered. Refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed and fall outside of our standard refund policy.
If the courier confirms that the package cannot be recovered, we recommend filing a police report where applicable.
